In addition
to our focus on the U.S.
clinical program, the company
has been very proactive in the area of partnering
and licensing. To date, the company has completed
agreements with five key partners: Alkem Laboratories
(India), Drug Enhancement Corporation of America
(DECA), China Bao Tai, Walco and Bayer Animal
Health. As well, discussions continue with
a number of prospective partners for the licensing
of Microcyn for healthcare and other applications.

China Bao Tai has reached agreement with two
sub-distributors:

a 35-patient chronic would treatment study. This
trial data was submitted to the Chinese State
Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) in December
2007 and marketing approval was granted by the
agency in March of 2008. Preparations are now
